· Clean, high quality data improves the accuracy of results therefore providing the tools needed to make better decisions. At SCHAF, we believe that updated data will help us to improve quality of life for people we support. During the visits to provide routine medication to People Living with Sickle Cell Disease, SCHAF updated her patient and caregiver database. Data were collected from patients and caregivers at the different collaborating health centers: Oni Memorial Children's Hospital Ibadan, University College Hospital Ibadan, Adeoyo Maternity Teaching Hospital Ibadan, Ring Road State Hospital Ibadan all in Oyo State. A total of about 1,000 people were captured in this database update exercise using Google Forms..
