The Efon Students’ Union has expressed deep appreciation to Professor (Mrs.) Adeyinka Ologbenla Falusi for her unwavering commitment to empowering young girls through the Adeyinka Ologbenla Falusi Female Empowerment Programme (AOFFEP).
Over the years, the programme has played a vital role in encouraging and supporting female science students, helping them build confidence, resilience, and belief in their abilities—particularly within science-related fields where representation remains limited.

As the programme marks its 15th Annual Edition, it stands as a testament to Professor Falusi’s dedication to education, gender empowerment, and community development. Many students have benefited not only from academic support but also from the motivation and mentorship the programme consistently provides.
On behalf of the Efon student community, the Students’ Union acknowledged the lasting impact of AOFFEP and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the opportunities it has created. The initiative continues to inspire young women to pursue excellence and leadership in their chosen paths.
The Efon Students’ Union also extended warm wishes to Professor Falusi for continued good health, strength, and greater success as she remains a source of inspiration to future generations.
